Description

CRISPR/Cas9 mediated recombination using the target sequence CATATCCCATGAGATCTTGAAGG introduced a CC to AG mutation resulting in a Ser19Stop substitution. Western blot analysis demonstrated the absence of protein in the cerebellum of homozygous mutant mice.
