Description
A tandem red fluorescent protein (RFP) followed by tamoxifen-inducible Cre recombinase (tdTomato-2A-CreERT2) and an FRT flanked neo cassette were inserted in the 3'UTR via homologous recombination. Flp mediated recombination removed the neo cassette.
