Description
A loxP site was inserted upstream of exon 3 and a PGK-neo cassette and loxP site were inserted downstream of exon 3 via homologous recombination. Cre mediated recombination removed exon 3 and the neo cassette. Extracts from brains of homozygous mice contain virtually no NPS-like immunoreactive material.
