Description
A 5kb Myh6 promoter drives expression of a human ANKRD1-FLAG tagged cDNA. Western blot and immunofluorescence analysis detected modest levels of expression in E10.5 and E14.5 hearts but higher levels of expression in neonatal and 10 month old hearts. Two lines, A and B, were generated. This record represents either pooled or unidentified lines.
