MGI Description
PHENOTYPE: Spontaneous mutations of this gene have been associated with resistance to the anticoagulant effect of warfarin. Mice homozygous for a knock-out allele exhibit prenatal lethality and hemorrhages associated with defects in vitamin K-dependent coagulation. [provided by MGI curators]
