Description

The transgene contains a human gene encoding the CD3 antigen, epsilon polypeptide sequences. 30-35 copies of the transgene integrated into the genome between Sstr5 and Metrn on Chromosome 17, accompanied by duplication of the neighboring genomic region spanning 323 kb. Genes surrounding the integrated tg26 transgene are not disrupted.
