Description
The tumor necrosis factor alpha gene was placed under the control of the mouse alpha cardiac myosin heavy chain promoter. Six founder mice were produced of which, four produced an abnormal phenotype. Only two of the phenotypically abnormal founders reproduce. Lineage one contained approximately 20 copies of the transgene.
